The flat-screen TV provided a welcome form of entertainment, while the air conditioning was effective in combating the humidity typical of the region. The staff, particularly Manjula and Girish, impressively contributed to the hotel's home-like ambiance. Their attentiveness and local knowledge were invaluable, assisting guests with transportation and sightseeing recommendations. It's worth noting the absence of a restaurant for both breakfast and coffee-something I personally found disappointing as the start of the day often hinges on a good cup of coffee. Udupi Comforts stands out as an economical choice amidst a backdrop of more luxurious options in the area.
